PulseTread™ FAQs:

Single routine purchases ($.99 individual routines) can be restored on your phone by clicking the "Settings" icon in the upper right-hand corner, then clicking "Restore purchases".
Monthly Subscription routines will remain on your phone for 45 days. After 45 days, the oldest routine will be deleted to make room for the release of new routines.
Make sure your songs/playlists have been downloaded onto your phone from iCloud. If you see the "cloud" icon next to the song/playlist you are trying to hear, click the icon to download it onto your device so it is accessible to the PulseTread app.
Yes. You can play another app in the background while listening to the PulseTread routines. However, you will not be able to control the volume of the music and Mark’s voice separately. They will both be controlled at the same time using the volume buttons on the side of your device.
During the 15/15 and 10/10/10 interval routines, you can use the "arrow" buttons to skip forward or back to the beginning of the next/previous interval. Also, you can now drag the yellow progress bar to scroll ahead in all routines.
That is completely up to you! Just a thought: Pick an area you want to work each day (for example…legs and butt). Then, pick a few exercises you feel comfortable with and that will challenge you (squats, walking lunges, and calf raises). Do 30 seconds of each exercise, then take a 30 second break. Then repeat that circuit for the 10 or 15 minutes between treadmill sections. Choose 2-4 different exercises for the next interval. If you have access to a gym, even better! Just make sure you know correct form and you are working safely.
